Please read the following information carefully to understand my practices regarding your personal data and how I will be personally responsible for its processing and secure storage.

OUR POLICY ON CHILDREN

This Site is not directed to children under 18, but it is safe for all children and adults. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their parent’s or guardian’s consent, please contact me by phone at (812) 424-5357 during business hours. If I am not available, leave a message and I will return your call. I will respond ASAP and delete such information from my records as soon as reasonably practical.

Your Privacy is Very Important to Us.

You can be absolutely confident that your personal information will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and PRIVATE. I am solely responsible for the security of your personal information and we take it very seriously.

In order to add an extra layer of privacy to your communications and registration, when you submit a communication using my private contact form on the Contact Us page, or you register as a member, the information you submit will not be transmitted via insecure email but be stored in a database on a private secure server. I am the only person who has access to your personal information.

I receive hundreds of spam mail offers everyday and I hate dealing with them. I will never sell, barter, rent, trade or distribute your personal information to anyone. – Dr. Carl K. Barniak

What is Personal Data?

I collect information about you ONLY when you purchase a product or signup for a newsletter. The information I collect about you includes your personal data. The term “Personal Data” is defined by the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as any information that can directly or indirectly identify you as an individual. This can include private information that you choose to share such as Name, Email Address, Street Address, City, State, Country, Phone, Photos, Gender, Date of Birth, Username and Password; or public information available as you search on the internet, such as GPS Location, IP Address, Access Device Information, the website you visited before you arrived at this Site and the embedded Cookies in your internet browser.

Why Do I Need Your Personal Data?

In order to complete a purchase transaction I require your Full Name, Email Address, Mailing Address and Phone if applicable. This information is emailed to me from PayPal.com when you make a purchase.

I will only process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. If you use any contact form, subscription form, or membership registration form, you will be required to indicate that you give me permission to receive the personal data you provide and to communicate with you by email and/or your physical address. Your consent provides me with the legal basis I require under applicable laws to use and process your personal data.

You maintain the right to withdraw your consent at any time by clicking a link in the email newsletter to unsubscribe, deleting your membership account in the Members Dashboard, or by contacting me to remove your personal data from my database by calling my office during business hours.

If you Do Not want to share any of your personal data with me, DO NOT use my private contact form on the Contact Us page, do not subscribe to my newsletter, do not register as a member and do not purchase a product on this Site.

However, if you click a link that features a recommended product, you will be redirected to one of the affiliate websites to complete your purchase. All Third-party websites have separate Privacy and Cookie Policies.


2. COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

User Generated Data, Comments and Membership Registrations

I Do Not allow anyone to use a contact form to send me email.
I Do Not allow anyone to share comments on this Site.
I Do Not allow anyone to register as a WordPress user.

I do not allow these features in order to add an extra layer of security to this Site and prevent hackers and spammers from collecting private information or uploading destructive scripts and programs.

I use a private email management company and their secure server for managing all email newsletter communications.
All purchase transactions are through PayPal.com. I DO NOT have access to your personal financial records.

How Do I Collect Information About You?

A. Information You Provide.

Please Note: Before I can collect, store and use the personal data you provide, I am required by law to receive a confirmation that you give me permission to receive and send you an email. After you submit a membership registration form on this Site, you will receive an email with the subject of “Confirmation Required”.

You are required by law to verify and CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS which indicates that you give me permission to respond to your request by email. By clicking the verification link in the Confirmation Email, you activate your request and confirm your identity. If you do not see the Confirmation Email in your InBox, check your Spam, Junk or Trash folder and move the email to your inbox and ADD my email address to your Contacts for future communications.

I collect the personal data you provide when you subscribe to my email newsletter.
When you subscribe to my email newsletter using a form on my website, you are required by law to CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. When you click the verification link in the email your name and email address will be added to my email subscriber’s list on the GetResponse.com secure servers.

I also collect and store the personal data you provide when you register as a member of this Site.

When you register as a Member, you will be required to CONFIRM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS after you submit the registration form. When you click the verification link in the Confirmation Email you will be redirected back to this Site to create a username and password, and add other personal information in your Members Dashboard.

Please Note: You are not required to become a member to use this Site. However, if you want to make a purchase of my Featured Products, you will be required to register as a member and provide your full name, email address and to create a username and password, plus additional information is requested but not required, including your postal address, telephone number and demographic information (such as your gender and date of birth).

I collect personal data you provide when you use a contact form on this Site.
When you contact me using the Contact Us page on this Site, you will be required to indicate that you give me permission to receive the personal data you provide and to communicate with you by email by checking the box on the form. Your consent provides me with the legal basis I require under applicable laws to use and process your personal data.

I collect personal data you provide when you make a purchase on this Site using PayPal.com. If you are purchasing a physical product that requires shipping, I also collect your shipping address.
Please Note: I DO NOT collect or have any access to your credit/debit card or banking information since I use PayPal.com as my payment processor.

I collect personal data you provide when you correspond with me by USPS mail, phone or email.

Please note that any information you submit while using a contact form is private and confidential. Specific questions that are common to all users of this Site may be included in our Customer Support Forum and/or Frequently Asked Questions. However, I Do Not publish any of your personal data on this Site.

B. Information Automatically Collected.

Whenever you search the internet and visit a website, your internet browser transmits anonymous information about your location and the computer or mobile device you are using so special scripts on the website can display the correct dimensions for your device and adjust the content information to provide an optimum user experience. This information is automatically transmitted whenever you search the internet and visit a website. By default WordPress does not share any personal data with anyone.

C. Embedded Content from Other Websites.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the you have visited the other website.

The websites below may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

I use Google Analytics to log and track visitors to this Site in order to collect anonymous information that will improve this Site and the user experience. For example, when visiting this Site, Google Analytics logs your GPS location, computer or mobile device operating system name and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, browser language, screen resolution, the website you visited before browsing to this Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on this Site. I collect this information about your computer and actions using cookies and may use pixel tags. I can not use the information collected to contact you.

Where Do I Send and Store Your Personal Data?

INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER NOTICE

Your information, including personal data that I collect from you, is collected, stored and processed in the United States of America which may be outside the country in which you reside, where data protection and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world. By accepting this Privacy and Cookie Policy, you agree to this transfer, storing and/or processing. I will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

Contact Form Communications: If you contact me using a contact form on this Site, your personal data is stored on a secure server that does not have direct internet access.

Membership Registration: The personal data I collect for your membership is stored on a secure server. When you visit your Members Dashboard on our Site, you can view and edit the information you have freely added to your membership account. At anytime you can edit the information or delete your membership account.

Email Newsletter Registration: The personal data I collect for our email newsletter is stored in my personal account with GetResponse.com. You can unsubscribe to my email newsletter at anytime and your personal data will be deleted.

PayPal.com Purchases: The personal data is collected when you make a direct purchase on this Site and stored in my personal PayPal.com account. These records are private and never shared.

How Long Do I Retain Your Data.

Anonymous analytical data is stored in my personal Google Analytics account and retained for a maximum of one year.

The personal data of our newsletter subscribers is stored in my personal account with GetResponse.com for the period of time you want to receive my email newsletter. You can unsubscribe to my email newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email I send you. If you choose to unsubscribe to my newsletter then all of your personal data is removed from my account at GetResponse.com.

If you register as a member of this Site, I keep your membership information for as long as you remain a member. You can edit your information and cancel your membership account at anytime by visiting the Members Dashboard. If you delete your membership account, you will not be able to view or purchase any products or services that are available only to our members.

If you make a purchase using PayPal.com, we are required by the IRS to retain sales records for a period of seven years. These records are private and never shared.

If you use the private contact form on the Contact Us page, you will be required to check a box which signifies that you agree to provide your personal data for the purpose of our private communication. A second checkbox is provided on the form that gives you the option of subscribing to my email newsletter. Newsletter subscription is not required to use the contact form.

Your personal data will be used for the purpose of our private communication. You will also be added to my email newsletter only if you checked the box on the form. For legal purposes, I archive private communications only if I believe it is necessary for legal reasons, and securely store them on an external drive offline, for a period of one year, or what is required or permitted by law.

What Rights Do You Have Over Your Data.

Opt-out. You may contact me anytime to opt-out of: (i) email newsletter; (ii) automated decision-making and/or profiling; (iii) the collection of sensitive personal data; (iv) any new processing of your personal data that we may carry out beyond the original purpose; or (v) the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA. Please note that your use of some of the Site may be ineffective upon opt-out.

Access. You may access the information we hold about you at any time via your membership profile available in the Members Dashboard on our website.

Amend. You can also contact us to update or correct any inaccuracies in your personal data, or you can edit your personal data in the Members Dashboard on this Site.
Move. Your personal data is portable and you to have the flexibility to move your data to other service providers as you wish, provided those service providers can properly communicate and interface with this Site.

Erase and forget. In certain situations, for example when the information we hold about you is no longer relevant or is incorrect, you can edit or delete your personal data in the Members Dashboard, or request that we erase your data by calling our office during business hours.

In your request, please make clear: (i) what personal data is concerned; and (ii) which of the above rights you would like to enforce. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the personal data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. I will try to comply with your request as soon as reasonably practical and in any event, within one month of your request. Please note that I may need to retain certain information for IRS record keeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting such change or deletion.

You can request that I erase all of your personal data that is stored on our servers. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How Do We Protect Your Data?

The personal data collected on this Site is stored on a secure sever and secured by strict password encryption. All data is under the direct supervision of the Data Protection Officer.

Data Breach Protection and Procedures.

Security for the Site and all data is monitored 24/7 by dedicated software and stored on encrypted secure servers. Daily notifications are reported to the Data Protection Officer on the condition and status of all data and any attempts to breach or destroy the security of the Site and our database servers.

Security.

I seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your personal data within my organization. Unfortunately, no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with me and this Site is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with this Site has been compromised), please immediately notify me of the problem by using the private contact form on the Contact Us page on this website.

    I may directly sell advertising space on this Site to specific third-party companies that provide products and/or services that of interest to the general audience of this Site visitors. I do not share your personal data with any of these companies.

    Not all banner ads are third-party ads. Some banner ads are for my personal featured products or for popular products available on affiliate websites. You can identify a third-party paid advertisement by the word, “Advertisement” above, below or embedded into the image banner of the ad. If you click on an ad banner, a new browser tab will open and you will be redirected to the page or website of the source provider of the ad. Third-party website has different privacy polices so I recommend that you read their privacy policy before you make a purchase or share your personal data with their website.

    Currently I do not use third-party companies to serve targeted ads on this Site. However, in the future I may use other companies to serve third-party advertisements (i.e, Google Adsense), when you visit and use the Site. These companies may collect and use click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over during your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services likely to be of interest to you.     If and when I do use third-party companies, I will update this Privacy Policy and include the identification of these companies, the specific information they are using and collecting and how you can opt-out from viewing the ads.
