MotherSOY® High-Protein Breakfast Smoothie
|
Ingredients:
2 cups (16 oz.) of your favorite fruit or vegetable juice
2 scoops MotherSOY® "Essential Protein" or "Essential IsoFlavones"
Add optional ingredients to taste:
1 Banana, peach, apricot or apple
1/2 cup of chopped fresh or frozen fruit
(blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, mango, papaya, nectarine, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender
2. Add ice
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve in tall glass
