Email Data Collection

In order to better serve our readership, Dr. Carl K. Barniak and MotherSOY®, Inc. incorporates online registration and order forms which include demographic and personal email information. This information is provided at the discretion of each individual and sent directly to our headquarters where your personal privacy is absolutely guaranteed.

Individuals who subscribe to our email newsletter are required to indicate their name and email address on the online forms. However, we request that you also include your Age Group, Gender, Address, City and State so we can better serve the needs of our readership, but you are not required to do so.

All individuals who either submit a product order or subscribe to our monthly newsletter; will receive our periodic email newsletter directly from Dr. Carl K. Barniak and MotherSOY®, Inc.. You always have the opportunity to remove your name from our mailing list at any time. We include a link to our unsubscribe form in all email correspondence.

Posting your personal information in any of our Public Forums
In order to Protect Your Privacy — We DO NOT automatically publish your email address in our Public Forums AND will never share your email address with any other party.

If you want to receive email from other individuals, you will need to include your email address in your Personal Message. However, Dr. Carl K. Barniak and MotherSOY®, Inc., its directors, employees and partners, will not be responsible or held liable for the actions of other people that result from your decision to publish and distribute your personal email address and/or any other information in our online Public and Private Forums.

Private Messages

If you DO NOT specifically request a Private Message on the Personal Message Form — your message will be immediately included online in our Public Forum for a period of 30 days or more. This will enable anyone with internet access to have immediate, 24 hour access to view and respond to your message. All of your personal information you include in your Personal Message; including your name, state and country will be made public. We suggest you use only your first name and the first letter of your last name. (i.e.. Melissa B. – Louisville, KY.)

If you DO NOT want to publish your Personal Message in our Public Forums, you will be given the option of sending a Private Message. You must specifically check the box indicating that you want to send a Private Message on the Personal Message Form.

Your Private Message will NOT be published online in our Public Forum. Instead, it will be directed immediately to our one of our staff for final analysis. All of your personal information is kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. We DO NOT share your private information, including your personal email address (unless you include it in your message) with any other party.

Including Your Email Address for a Personal Response

When you submit a Personal Message you are given the option of including your personal email address. You must include your personal email address if you want a response from us. Please DO NOT use an email that is not yours, it makes people very angry when we send them our reply. We DO NOT automatically publish your email address in our Public Forums AND will never share your email address with any other party unless you include it in your Personal Message.

Affiliate Privacy

All MotherSOY® are required to register and maintain a valid email address. Upon registration, Affiliates will receive emails from our corporate office and their personal sponsor. If you do not want to receive any emails from your personal sponsors, you can change the preferences in your personal profile settings, by logging into your MotherSOY– account.
